1. Toilet blockage overflowing into room and being told no need to change room because it can also get blocked. 2. Food especially breakfast is awful. 3. the stagnat swan ponds are making rooms filled with mosquitos 4. no English News channel in the middle of an english speaking country 5. i regretted every minute of my three nights stay there.
